Welcome to Quizify. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Quizify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Quizify is an AI-powered educational platform that provides:

  • AI-assisted quiz generation and assessment
  • Assignment creation and management for teachers
  • AI tutoring chat for students
  • Learning analytics and progress tracking

3. Account Registration

  • You must authenticate through Telegram to use Quizify
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Overload our servers with automated requests
  • Use the platform to cheat on official examinations
  • Violate any applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan

5. Content Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of quizzes, assignments, and other content you create. By using Quizify, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service.
  • AI-Generated Content: Quizzes and responses generated by AI are provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it for assessment purposes.
  • Platform Content: The Quizify platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI Features

  • AI-generated quizzes and tutoring responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use
  • AI features are provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy
  • We use Google Gemini to power AI features; your content may be processed by Google's systems according to their terms

7. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Quizify offers free and paid subscription tiers
  • Paid features and pricing are displayed on the Subscription page
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Refund policies are outlined at the time of purchase

8. Teacher and Student Responsibilities

Teachers

  • Are responsible for the content of their quizzes and assignments
  • Must use the platform in compliance with their institution's policies
  • Should review AI-generated content before sharing with students

Students

  • Must complete assignments honestly and without unauthorized assistance
  • Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of assignment access codes
  • Should use the AI tutor as a learning aid, not as a way to avoid learning

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Quizify is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

10. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Quizify is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through Settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Quizify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
