Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quizify — an AI-powered quiz and assessment platform (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Plain-language summary (the full text below prevails): you sign in with Telegram, your quiz content stays yours, AI features cost credits that reset monthly and don't roll over, you must review AI output before relying on it, don't cheat or abuse the platform, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

1. The Service

Quizify lets teachers create quizzes (manually or with an AI assistant), publish them as timed assignments, and lets students join with a code, take the test, and receive results. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

  • Sign-in is performed through Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure.
  • A new Quizify account is created automatically on first login and receives the free plan.
  • You must provide accurate profile information and use the Service only for lawful educational purposes.
  • One person — one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Plans, Credits, and Payments

  • Quizify offers a free plan (Nihal) and paid plans (Daraxt, Chinor). Plan limits — AI credits, quiz templates, active assignments, and submissions per assignment — are shown on the pricing page and inside the Service.
  • AI credits are consumed by AI actions (generation, grading assistance, chat). Credits reset monthly, do not roll over, and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.
  • When credits run out, AI features pause until the next reset or an upgrade.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • If you downgrade, content above the new plan's limits is not deleted, but you may not be able to create new items or keep all assignments active until you are within the limits.
  • Prices are listed in UZS and may change with prior notice in the Service.

4. Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of quizzes, questions, documents, and other materials you create or upload ("Your Content").
  • You grant Quizify a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service — including sending relevant excerpts to AI providers when you use AI features.
  • You are responsible for Your Content. Do not upload material that infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates the law.
  • Uploaded documents are private to your account. Shared reference materials are published only by administrators.

5. AI Features

  • AI-generated questions, answers, explanations, and suggested grades may contain errors.
  • The teacher is solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI output before publishing a quiz or finalizing a grade. AI grading suggestions never finalize a score on their own.
  • AI features depend on third-party model providers and may occasionally be slow or unavailable.

6. Students and Assessments

  • Students join assignments with a code and must complete attempts honestly and independently, unless the teacher allows otherwise.
  • Time limits and attempt counts are enforced on the server.
  • During a test, suspicious activity (such as leaving the test tab) may be recorded and shown to the teacher. This is informational only — the Service never automatically fails a student.
  • Teachers decide when and how much of the results students see.
  • Teachers and organizations confirm that they have the authority to assess their students and to process their data within the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Attempt to access other users' data, quizzes, or results
  • Circumvent time limits, attempt limits, plan limits, or result visibility rules
  • Use the Service to facilitate cheating on third-party examinations
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content without permission
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • Probe, overload, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

8. Intellectual Property of the Service

The Quizify software, design, brand, and built-in content are owned by Quizify and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond normal use of the Service.

9. Availability and Changes

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
  • We may add, change, or remove features. Material reductions to paid plans will be communicated in advance.
  • We may update these Terms; significant changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or as required by law.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability limits, governing law) survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
